Choosing a therapist can be an intimidating, vulnerable and overwhelming process. Our culture often sends a message that asking for help from a therapist is a sign of weakness or lack of character. I completely disagree. In fact, I see those who seek therapy as courageous, dynamic individuals who desire different outcomes in their lives. I believe the therapeutic process provides clients an opportunity to experience a safe, respectful, creative and goal-oriented environment as they seek healing and change.

Embracing Your Story: Weaving New Webs and Breaking Old Ones: For adult women 18 -35 who have experienced physical and/or sexual abuse, date rape or domestic violence.
Breaking Free From the Prison of Food: For adult women 18-35 who are struggling with body image and/or recovering from other food related issues.
Adult Children of Divorce: Creating a Redemption Story: Participation in this group will help you create a redemption story out of your parents' divorce by offering a new perspective on your old beliefs about love, life and God. Participants will be given concrete tools to tackle the doubt, fear and ambivalence that often plagues ACOD's. This co-ed group is best for individuals whose parents divorced during their childhood, college or early adult years.
